Makes 4 small portions
1 Mango, frozen
250g Baby spinach
250ml Oat milk
2 tbsp Ground Almonds
1tbsp Ground, flax seed 
Topping: Toasted oats, Desiccated coconut, Mint leaves, Raspberries, Blueberries

The night before peel and chop the mango, and leave in the freezer overnight.  Alternative you can buy bags of frozen fruit from the supermarket for a speedy brekkie!

Put all the ingredients in your Babycook ® and blitz until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.

Add as many toppings as you like and enjoy as a breakfast/ afternoon snack or even a healthy dessert for you and your baby.

Note that you can also make this smoothie in batches and have a weekly supply in your freezer.

For older children, you can freeze the smoothie into ice-lolly moulds to enjoy as healthy treat!

For adults, you can add 1 tsp matcha powder to add more antioxidants to this already super healthy breakfast.
